CONFINTEA VI: A Time for Learning

Edinburgh: 1st December 2009 – 31st December 2010, 09:00AM–22:00PM.

The 6th International Conference on Adult Education (CONFINTEA VI) will be a UNESCO led intergovernmental conference (category II) for policy dialogue and policy assessment on adult learning and education, hosted by Brazil in 2009.  It has been preceded by Regional Preparatory Conferences that were carried out during 2008 and the learners’ event which was held in Edinburgh, Scotland between 31 March and 4 April 2009.

Family Learning Week, 25 September 2010

Edinburgh: 1st August – 2nd October 2010, 15:45PM–15:00PM.

Family learning Week will take place during the last week of September 2010. 

Families from across Scotland will get fully involved in their Learning Journeys while addressing the theme of Poverty and inclusion.  

Refreshments and art supplies will be provided.
